The project takes shape in the halls of Palazzo Paleologi, a historic residence protected by the Archaeological and Fine Arts Superintendency. DAIMON is born from the will and experience of Antonio, developed in Italy and Europe, and serves as a means of expression, a reminder to pursue one's own path. We don't offer just a simple meal; we aim to lead you through an experience of conviviality and good humor, to give you an emotion, a memory.
